Day-to-day, you will:
- Proactively reach out to new business prospects to speak about our comprehensive Learning Suite, including My Compliance Management tool.
- Use Groove automation to reach out to prospects through multiple engagement channels (LinkedIn/Calls/Emails)
- Learn to demonstrate My Compliance Manger
- Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team
- Maintain excellent Salesforce hygiene
Your skills and experience include:
- Experience in selling software digitally, ideally within the learning and development or HR or compliance space
- Understanding the compliance landscape
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to constant growth
- An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices, particularly around employee development and training
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
