Join a collaborative, forward‑thinking team developing the next generation of digital monitoring and communications technologies for medium‑ and high‑voltage power equipment. In this role, you will contribute to solutions that improve grid reliability, advance industrial connectivity, and enable smarter, data‑driven transformer monitoring. You’ll work with cutting‑edge communication interfaces, SCADA‑integrated systems, advanced data acquisition tools, and modern industrial operating environments. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you’ll make an impact- Support research, development, and testing of digital monitoring and communication technologies.
- Assist in designing, configuring, and validating SCADA‑integrated monitoring systems.
- Work with industrial network protocols and OT communication interfaces.
- Contribute to software development activities using C and C#.
- Participate in device commissioning and system validation workflows.
- Support remote monitoring solutions using cellular communication technologies.
- Work within Linux‑based operating environments for industrial applications.
- Document architectures, configurations, and validation results with clarity.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Exposure to digital systems, industrial communication, or software development.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly in an R&D environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Interest in monitoring systems for medium‑ and high‑voltage equipment.

- Master's degree
- Experience leading technical sales organizations and channel teams
- Proven track record achieving significant revenue growth across territories or key accounts
- Background working with distributors, OEMs, and enterprise technology customers
- Strong understanding of semiconductors, MCUs/MPUs, analog, power, and connectivity technologies
- Skilled in relationship development, forecasting, and strategic planning
