The Role:
We are looking for a Digital QA Analyst (CMS) to join our team in making sure deliverables and assets are following
brand consistency and guidelines through thorough checking.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse the business requirement, brand guidelines, and functional specifications from a QA perspective.
- Able to understand the subject matter and provide QA support
- Experience working closely with production/development and project management teams to understand business requirements, communicate problem impacts, determine quality issues, adherence to brand guidelines, and compliance issues on other project-specific instructions
- Must be a hands-on QA person with core skills in manual testing, including visual testing, brand guidelines verification, cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility testing, and technical and functional testing of Digital Marketing products
- Should develop and maintain necessary QA artifacts/reports to ensure effective capture of defects and feedback mechanism to production/development teamsShould be good in escalating incidents to the correct resolver groups both internally and externally
Requirements:
- Between 3-6 years of experience in online marketing/advertising for the creative/advertising industry
- Working knowledge in CMS (Drupal, Magento, AEM, Wordpress, etc)
- Proficient in the quality maintenance practices and processes
- Keen eye for detail, process-driven, and documented approach
- Experienced in generating quality/defect reports
- Well-versed in various testing activities like functional, non-functional, cross-browser, cross-platform
- A plus if familiar with OLA Ad Testing and best practices
