Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
The Digital Projects Implementation Analyst specializes in facilitating the deployment of new software applications and business tools, as well as services for digital projects that support Apple Bank’s digital banking strategy. The Analyst is responsible for reviewing business requirements, creating user acceptance test scripts, conducting user testing, collaborating on training documentation, and educating staff on new systems and processes. This position interfaces with the Information Technology group during all certifications and testing phases and supports projects across all department landscapes, including but not limited to digital banking, digital account openings, call center tools, debit card/disputes, and products/processes. The incumbent is accountable for linkages between technical/systems implications and anticipating changes/resolving barriers and works across business lines by building and leveraging strong relationships to achieve business objectives, resolve issues, and meet implementation schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design test scenarios with business partners that reflect “real-life” situations; document and arrange resources and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to reflect these scenarios and provide signoff to IT prior to promotion to production.
- Establish and maintain documentation to support application testing and provide reporting on results; develop and execute regression testing for regular quality assurance testing and ensure certification across digital devices, operating systems, and browsers.
- Create trouble tickets to report on issues found during UAT testing and provide required documentation for investigation.
- Interface with IT and vendors on project calls and post implementation meetings; ensure product is delivered in accordance with documented requirements.
- Conduct testing and validation of systems and new features during implementation.
- Use data analysis skills to research, identify solutions for implementation, and conduct postproduction issue remediation.
- Assist with customer issue resolutions and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal developers throughout implementation phase to complete deliverables.
- Coordinate and follow up on implementation activities, project tasks, and deliverables in accordance with project plans and schedules.
- Ensure customer complaints are logged and remediated by IT/Vendor partners; escalate concerns accordingly.
- Manage multiple competing products/projects with effective prioritization and eye for detail.
- Assume accountability for end results, serve as product expert, and leverage all resources available to achieve objectives.
- Support product implementation installs (evening/weekend/off hours) and must be available 24/7 for incident management events (infrequent).
- Perform other duties as requested.
SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or commensurate work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial services or digital banking; project coordination experience a plus.
- Knowledge of digital banking platforms and money movement services (BillPay, P2P, and A2A etc.).
- Experience with banking products, account opening processes and CIP/compliance requirements preferred.
- Vast knowledge of digital and mobile devices, operating systems, and browser configurations.
- Requires ability to be innovative and resourceful in collaborating on solutions.
- Dedication to delivery of quality products and outstanding customer experiences.
- Detail oriented, persistent and manages to timelines and product performance.
- Must be willing to learn techniques, programming languages and design patterns as needed.
