What's in it for you:

Trane Technologies is hiring a Digital Project Manager in Davidson, NC. This role will be closely involved in Trane Technologies’ digital strategy and will focus on the successful delivery of digital projects across the business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in digital technologies and communication strategies, and a strong ability to champion new tools, foster cross functional‑collaboration, and support consistent user engagement across the organization. 


 

What you will do:

  • Project Planning & Scoping: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs for various projects in the digital organization.
  • Execution & Delivery Management: Develop projects to implement strategies related to successful product development execution and delivery.
  • Business Savvy: Utilize your high-level business acumen to effectively develop attractive business cases for new projects.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze and report on business and commercialization performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Drive for Success: Exhibit a strong desire to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.
  • Cross Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to stay informed of projects, workstreams, timelines and market readiness.
  • Executive-Level Communication: Synthesize complex digital project information into clear presentations and updates tailored for leadership and business stakeholders.


 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • B2B and B2C experience highly desired.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management and/or technical experience.
  • Ability to present in a succinct and impactful manner.
  • Proven track record of successfully evangelizing products and solutions to drive sales.
  • Revenue-centric mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective and strong presentation skills (developing and delivering).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$65,200.00 - $118,860.00
