You know performance marketing well enough to ask the right questions, spot issues early, and help campaigns launch smoothly. You’re comfortable juggling multiple initiatives, improving processes, and stepping in wherever the team needs support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate and drive PPC initiatives, including launching performance campaigns for new projects
- Keep a clear overview of campaign status, performance, deadlines, and next steps across the PPC team
- Track key metrics and flag risks, drops, or opportunities early
- Improve and streamline internal processes to make delivery faster, clearer, and more efficient
- Follow up on projects, optimizations, and tests to ensure nothing gets overlooked
- Work closely with the Head of PPC and team leads to prioritize tasks and manage workload
- Support cross-functional collaboration
- Use your understanding of CRO to spot areas where landing pages or funnels could perform better
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Experience coordinating digital or performance marketing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of PPC metrics and KPIs — and the ability to evaluate whether performance is healthy or needs attention
- Ability to multitask, set your own priorities, and manage several projects at once
- Critical thinking and a proactive mindset — you naturally look for inefficiencies and ways to improve them
- Familiarity with CRO basics and how user experience impacts campaign results
- Excellent communication skills, especially when summarizing findings or escalating issues
- Confidence using project management tools and performance dashboards
- A structured, detail-oriented work style with a focus on follow-through

GROSS SALARY
- 2500-4200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
