Job Summary
Job Description:
- Use of business acumen and capacity to translate opportunities into quantified improvement potential
- Put in place good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Coordinate a multi-functional team including data engineers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, SME´s, end-users and senior stakeholders
- Drive digital mindset within the organization
- Drive process improvement within the organization
- Develop expertise on key digital themes in advanced analytics and process improvement accross different businesses and areas
- Manage projects portfolio and productivity tracking
- Lead diagnostics, business case development and cross-functional Kaizens
Requisitos:
- Bachelor´s Degree (Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering)
- At least 6 years prior experience in supply chain processes
- 2 years experience deploying digital solutions
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to lead change and deliver financial results
- 3 years experience in project management (Waterfall & Agile)
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
Treinamentos:
- Business Translator Fundamentals
- Data Scientist Fundamentals
- Product Owner / Scrum Master certification
- 6 sigma Green Belt (Preferred)
