ABOUT THE JOB
At Build in Amsterdam, we’re looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager with a solid background in e-commerce. Experience in this field is essential, as you’ll be leading complex digital projects where commerce, design, and technology come together. In this role, you’ll act as the central point of contact between clients and our internal teams. Ensuring clear communication, structure, and alignment throughout the process. From initial brief to final delivery, you’ll manage scope, planning, and budget while maintaining a strong focus on quality and collaboration. Your expertise helps guide both clients and colleagues, fostering a shared understanding of what’s needed to create high-performing digital experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead projects end-to-end: define scope, timelines, and deliverables from concept
through design, development, and launch.
● Assist creatives in executing visions by aligning briefs with practical implementation
steps and milestones.
● Develop and manage project budgets, proposals, schedules, and resource allocation
within agreed limits.
● Serve as primary client contact: build and maintain relationships through regular
updates and proactive engagement.
● Facilitate communication among stakeholders: align expectations, resolve issues,
and deliver 100% on-time results.
● Monitor project KPIs: track progress against short- and long-term goals, analyze
outcomes, and create improvement plans.
● Contribute to studio growth: identify operational inefficiencies and propose at least
two actionable enhancements quarterly.

Requirements
IT WOULD BE AWESOME IF YOU
● Are based in the Netherlands.
● Bring 3+ years of digital project management.
● Have an expertise within the e-commerce domain and a good understanding of
industry standards and recent developments.
● Demonstrate high proficiency in written and spoken English (C1+ level).
● Have hands-on experience implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies in at least three
projects.
● Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining positive team morale.
● Proactively resolve complex issues.
● Maintain accuracy in deliverables, critically prioritize tasks, and guide team priorities
weekly.
● Excel in communication, facilitating stakeholder alignment in meetings and updates.
● Embody curiosity by exploring new tools & process, with humility and passion for
excellence.
