The Position

The Global Digital Hub has been established within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.

As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes and strategy, as well as excellent delivery of our various digital operations priorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different initiatives. You work with relevant stakeholders and consult on how to develop their digital performance further and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.

Digital Project Coordinator (Enterprise Web Product Project Management) is a technically-qualified person (expert) who strives to achieve business goals through web presence and digital platforms by supporting stakeholders with providing hands-on delivery coordination and consultative advisory to local markets and global teams. The Digital Project Coordinator (Enterprise Web Product Project Management) is responsible for consulting and partnering with Roche Divisions and/or affiliates in executing the digital strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence. The Digital Project Coordinator (Enterprise Web Product Project Management) is a skilled expert in all aspects of digital project management, content management, and tool development across different platforms, and can build out reporting metrics that support the business in continuing their growth to meet KPIs and objectives.

The Opportunity:

  • Lead intake, triage, and prioritization of Enterprise Web Product (Adobe Experience Manager) requests in line with business objectives

  • Advise stakeholders on the effective use of Enterprise Web Product functionalities and best practices

  • Act as the main liaison between BPOs, internal requestors, IT/technical teams, and external partners

  • Act as an internal consultant and bridge between business teams and IT, overseeing the process from strategy development to implementation and hypercare

  • Share specialist knowledge and building expertise by training stakeholders, mentoring colleagues, and promoting innovative digital practices

  • Drive process improvements and governance through process optimization, documentation, and occasional handling of incidents and service requests

Who you are:

  • You have 7+ years in IT systems, digital operations, and website management within agencies or large organizations (including healthcare or tech), plus proven success leading large-scale or global digital projects.

  • You are skilled in developing digital strategies and action plans, managing agencies and stakeholders, and providing expert consultancy to global business teams.

  • You have excellent project management, analytical, and technical skills; effective communicator in English with the ability to engage senior leaders and work in global, cross-functional teams.

  • You are quick learner, detail-oriented, passionate about technologies, comfortable working under pressure, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
