  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights for Monthly Operating Reviews, GBU Staff Meetings, and SAP Steering Committees.

  • Track and report on SAP program KPIs, risks, and benefits realization

SAP Product Operations

  • Establish and maintain templates, governance frameworks, and best practices for SAP program delivery.

  • Administer SAP-related tools and platforms, ensuring proper usage and data integrity.

  • Facilitate collaboration across Enterprise Architecture, SAP Functional Leads, Technical Teams, and Business Process Owners.

  • Apply LEAN principles to streamline SAP implementation processes and eliminate non-value-added activities.

Change Management

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support SAP adoption across employees, customers, and dealers.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure stakeholder engagement.

  • Drive training, communication, and readiness activities to maximize ROI and minimize resistance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology and business strategy.

  • 5+ years of program management experience leading large-scale ERP implementations (SAP preferred).

  • Proven success in change management and stakeholder alignment for enterprise transformation.

  • Experience in business architecture, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Experience with SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD) and integration strategies.

  • Familiarity with Agile and scaled frameworks (e.g., Scrum@Scale, SAFe) is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
