Raytheon has an exciting, high‑impact opportunity for a Digital Program Lead (DPL) in the Naval Power Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role provides senior digital leadership for the Naval Air Missiles (NAM SSBU) in Tucson, AZ, supporting the Tomahawk enterprise following its recent $22.9B program award. The DPL owns the digital strategy, roadmap, and execution of a DT portfolio exceeding $35M annually, ensuring all digital capabilities required for mission execution are ready, modernized, and aligned with program performance objectives.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary DT interface for program leadership, program management teams, and functional partners; acting as a strategic business partner, escalation point, and driving force behind digital transformation across a complex, multi-year, high-visibility program. This role operates in a cross-functional environment, ensuring fully integrated DT support from program start-up through sustainment.
What You Will Do:
Serve as the senior DT touchpoint for SBU Leadership, Program Management, and SSBU Directors, acting as a strategic partner, decision influencer, and escalation point for digital transformation initiatives.
Lead the development, ownership, and execution of a strategic DT roadmap that aligns digital capabilities with the Tomahawk program’s cost, schedule, performance, and modernization needs.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, and root-cause analysis to overcome complex digital challenges that impact program execution
Manage program digital financials, including a $35M+ portfolio, EVMS reporting, staffing strategies, performance metrics, and operations reviews.
Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and proposal teams to capture requirements, build executable digital plans, and ensure all program phases are supported with the right tools, infrastructure, and resources
Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP), capital and expense spending, and ensure digital compliance with security and infrastructure regulations including DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and JSIG.
Lead and direct DT personnel, internal resources, and third-party partners to advance Agile ways of working, innovate digital solutions, and streamline procurement and delivery of technical capabilities
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager, leading cross-functional teams. PMP or PMX/CMX certification highly desired.
Experience in project management, risk/opportunity analysis, cost analysis (CAM), and tracking performance across large, complex programs.
Experience with software development, systems integration, DevSecOps, continuous improvement, and testing processes throughout the full lifecycle.
Active Top-Secret Clearance preferred, with experience supporting classified and government programs.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, lead large backlogs/portfolios, and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience in business case development, ROI modeling, contract/SOW negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
