Title and Summary
Digital Product Specialist, Sales
Mastercard is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Payments Analyst to support the deployment and ongoing operation of Mastercard's digital payment solutions across the Australia and New Zealand region.
This role will support initiatives such as Click to Pay, Token Authentication, Secure Card on File, and emerging Agentic Commerce capabilities, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant implementations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is technically curious, eager to learn, and interested in building hands-on experience in digital payments and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of digital payment products including Click to Pay, Token Authentication, Secure Card on File, and Agentic Commerce initiatives
- Assist with customer implementations, including solution scoping, technical documentation, testing support, and post-launch issue tracking
- Coordinate with acquirers, PSPs, and merchants to support technical integrations and onboarding activities
- Work with regional and global teams to support localisation and rollout of Mastercard digital payment frameworks
- Assist in ensuring implementations align with Mastercard standards and local regulatory requirements
- Support product teams by gathering requirements, documenting user flows, and maintaining technical specifications
- Help track product performance, adoption metrics, and implementation progress, preparing reports and insights as required
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3 years' experience in a technical, analytical, product, or operations role (payments, fintech, or technology preferred but not essential)
- Exposure to APIs, SDKs, or digital platforms, with an interest in how systems integrate
- Basic understanding of software development concepts, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field
- Exposure to payments, acquiring, gateways, digital wallets, or e-commerce checkout flows
- Experience supporting customer implementations, technical projects, or product rollouts
Work Conditions
- Domestic and occasional international travel may be required
