  • Manage third-party payroll vendors and regional providers, overseeing SLAs, performance reviews, and contract governance in partnership with Procurement and Legal.
  • Ensure payroll solutions comply with local labor laws, GDPR, and Cyber Security standards across all supported countries, embedding compliance by design.
  • Lead change and release management for system upgrades and regulatory changes, including UAT coordination, knowledge articles, and adoption monitoring.
  • Coordinate incident management and oversee integrations between Workday, payroll engines, banking systems, and Finance platforms to ensure data integrity and operational continuity.

About you

  • Experience owning or managing payroll digital solutions in a complex, multinational environment — including vendor and SLA management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM and practical understanding of HR data flows and payroll integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, or equivalent tools are a plus).
  • Familiarity with Agile product management — backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and roadmap delivery.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy frameworks, and Cyber Security standards as applied to HR and payroll systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (PMP, SAFe PO, CIPP) are an advantage.
