  • Use market research, competitor analysis and client feedback to identify new product opportunities and improve existing client journeys.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on strategic impact, client value and technical feasibility.
  • Turn business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and optimisation.
  • Partner with operations and helpdesk teams to identify and remove avoidable contact, manual work and failure demand from transfer journeys.
  • Champion your products by communicating updates, benefits and value to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Monitor product performance using relevant metrics and data, identifying opportunities for improvement and future development.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships with key business partners.
  • Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.

About you

  • You’ll bring proven experience as a Digital Product Manager, ideally within financial services or FinTech.
  • A strong understanding of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • A track record of successfully launching and managing digital products from conception through to retirement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in typical product stack such as Jira, Confluence and Amplitude.
  • A solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
  • Experience with asset management products and services would be highly desirable.
  • A self-starter who can shape their own roadmap and priorities without waiting for instruction.
