Job Description

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager – Business Systems who’s passionate about building best-in-class internal platforms that empower our global team and drive measurable business value.

You’ll own Trek’s core enterprise systems - ERP, BI, and HRIS - and lead modernization efforts across data, process, and user experience. This role combines strategic vision, operational rigor, and technical fluency, working cross-functionally with engineering, business analysts, and leadership to deliver digital solutions that move Trek forward.

What You’ll Do

Product Leadership

  • Define and execute product strategy for ERP, BI, and HRIS platforms (currently JD Edwards, Microsoft BI, and Workday).
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to shape a unified enterprise systems roadmap.
  • Prioritize enhancements, technical debt, and integrations that drive operational efficiency and strategic insight.

Execution & Delivery

  • Translate strategy into detailed product requirements and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, cloud-ready systems.
  • Manage backlog, sprint priorities, and release cadence for multiple product lines.
  • Track KPIs to ensure initiatives deliver business and customer value.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor system performance and adoption metrics; identify opportunities for automation, data quality, and self-service analytics.
  • Lead discovery and A/B testing to improve workflows and engagement.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and business process optimization.

Cross-Functional Influence

  • Evangelize digital transformation and modernization of legacy systems.
  • Partner with enterprise architects to evolve integrations from file-based to event-driven.
  • Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams with insight-driven tools and reporting.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in ERP, BI, or HRIS product management, system ownership, or equivalent digital leadership.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in SQL or BI platforms.
  • Experience with JD Edwards, Workday, and Microsoft BI or similar enterprise ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, JPD, Confluence, Atlas).
  • Excellent communication skills - able to bridge technical and business discussions.
  • Strategic thinker who can execute tactically and manage multiple roadmaps.
  • Agile experience; adept at balancing speed, quality, and alignment.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud ERP/BI migrations
  • Knowledge of AtScale, Power BI, Azure, or other enterprise data platforms.
  • Understanding of UX and change management for internal applications.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted analytics, automation, or data governance.
  • Passion for cycling and Trek’s mission.
