Responsibilities:
- Be an effective collaborator with cross-functional teams, thinking critically, and offering creative and effective solutions to problems.
- Provide leadership to align a group around a shared vision and direction.
- Prioritize product requirements based on information from client stakeholders and research.
- Develop and curate product visions, strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs.
- Develop EPICs and user stories.

- Use AI tools and methods in the conduct of your work.
- Help clients to identify, shape, and build AI solutions.
- Work effectively within an Agile team approach.
- Support and lead research efforts as part of the product design process.
- Identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements.
- Remain up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and consumer preferences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Product Manager/ Product Owner or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- AI: Competency using AI in the course of your work and a strong foundational understanding of AI and its potential application in business.
- Collaboration: Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile or cross-functional teams, and with both technical and business executives.
- Communication: Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to gather and interpret project objectives and product requirements.
- Strategic: Ability to identify needs, think critically, work with multi-dimensional frameworks, convey ideas, align a team around a vision, and build and communicate business stories.
- Self-Management: Strong ability to manage time, juggle competing priorities, and proactively drive projects to successful conclusion.
