Digital Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the customer onboarding, subscription management, and self-care (My Account) experiences for ANT1+ OTT platform. This role will be responsible for designing and optimizing the digital journeys that drive seamless registration, frictionless account management, and engaging customer experiences of the ANT1+ OTT platform

You will work closely with the third-party vendors that provide the solutions as well as the platform product, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and revenue-driving solutions that enhance the overall digital customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for onboarding, subscription management, and customer self-care journeys.
  • Align product goals with overall business objectives, including subscriber acquisition, retention, and churn reduction.

Customer Onboarding & Registration

  • Design and optimize digital flows for account creation, registration, and authentication.
  • Ensure onboarding processes are intuitive, secure, and minimize friction while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.ubscription & Billing Management

Subscription & Billing Management

  • Own the customer-facing subscription lifecycle: sign-up, plan upgrades/downgrades, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment integrations.
  • Collaborate with billing, payment, and CRM systems to deliver seamless subscription management experiences.

Self-Care & Customer Experience

  • Lead the development and optimization of self-care features including account settings, profile management, device management, and usage history.
  • Ensure consistent and intuitive UI/UX across devices (web, mobile, smart TV apps).

Data-Driven Insights

  • Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, churn, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage customer feedback, usability testing, and analytics to inform product improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Drive the 3rd party vendors to deliver high-quality product releases on time.
  • Work with Product and Operations teams design teams to create best-in-class UX/UI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and legal to ensure smooth launches and compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.
  • Master's degree (optional) in Product Management, Project Management, Tech Innovation, Video Technology.
  • 3-5 years as Product Manager, Tech Project Manager, Product Owner in an IT-intensive company/industry such as:
  • Experience with digital storefronts, applications, UI/UX trends and tools
  • Experience with pay TV, SVOD, streaming services will be a significant plus
  • Proven, hands-on experience in Product management of Tech/IT related products, Technical business analysis, and IT product development
  • Knowledge of /experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (any PMO/PMP certification will be considered a plus)
  • Great communication, time management, people skills.
  • Ability to lead a team of product managers if this becomes necessary.
