As an Identity Management (IDM/IAM/IGA) Specialist at ADAPTERA, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting identity and access management solutions. You will work closely with IT teams and business units to ensure secure access to systems, applications, and data across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Identity Management solutions, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Manage user access and entitlements across various platforms and applications.
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity management solutions into existing systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to identity management processes and procedures.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for identity management issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Identity Management, IAM, or IGA solutions.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience with IDM/IAM/IGA tools.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
- Fluency in both Greek and English, with excellent communication skills.
