About the Role
As a Digital Product Manager at Takeda, you will lead a key product initiative, setting a unified strategic vision and ensuring alignment between business goals and product delivery. You will define and manage the product roadmap, guide go-to-market strategies, and ensure that our digital solutions consistently meet customer needs while supporting the long-term objectives of our Manufacturing & Quality network. Acting as a mentor to Product Owners, you will champion customer-led thinking, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration in a global, regulated environment.
How You Will Contribute
  • Product Leadership: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with technology, data, and business partners to translate needs into impactful solutions.
  • Delivery Excellence: Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle-from MVP to market scale.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use KPIs, OKRs, and analytics to measure success, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Agile Collaboration: Lead and participate in key Agile ceremonies, ensuring commitments are met and high-quality product increments are delivered.
  • Team Development: Mentor Product Owners, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and customer focus.

What You Bring

  • Significant experience in digital product management, ideally in regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Proven success in delivering strategic product initiatives from concept to market adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins), and software development best practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery in complex, global environments.
