We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our Digital Product team and collaborate in the evolution of our digital customer experience. This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities, defining requirements and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital products and features that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, customer-centric thinking, analytical capabilities, and project management skills. While not expected to be a technical expert, the candidate should be comfortable working with developers, understanding technical constraints, and managing digital implementations.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, conversion, engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Build business cases and define success metrics for product initiatives.

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, from discovery through implementation and post-launch optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
  • Coordinate with UX/UI, Development, CRM, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
  • Manage product backlogs and prioritization processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery while balancing business impact, effort, and technical complexity.

Website & Platform Management

  • Manage and optimize digital experiences across the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Oversee content slot management and landing page implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure platform consistency and performance.
  • Support ongoing website evolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Data & Optimization

  • Monitor key business and product KPIs with the analytics team support.
  • Analyze customer behavior and user journeys to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Leverage analytics and user insights to drive decision-making.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation programs.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, eCommerce, Digital Experience, or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing digital products, websites, or customer-facing platforms.
  • Experience working within agile environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical & Platform Knowledge

The candidate is not expected to be a developer, but should have sufficient technical understanding to effectively manage digital initiatives and collaborate with engineering teams.

Preferred knowledge of:

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Business Manager).
  • Salesforce ecosystem and integrations.
  • Contentsquare.
  • AB Tasty (or similar experimentation platforms).
  • Google Analytics 4.
  • Power BI.
  • Product analytics and customer journey analysis tools.
  • CMS platforms and content management workflows.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, tagging, data layers, and web development concepts.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how digital experiences are implemented.

Analytical Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify business opportunities.
  • Experience defining KPIs, tracking performance, and measuring success.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
