Digital Product Manager, Digital Consulting: Bring Digital Solutions to Life at Novonesis

You will become part of the Digital Consulting Team, a strategic partner to the entire organization. We collaborate with stakeholders across business lines to turn their ideas into impactful, usercentric digital products.
As a Digital Product Manager, you will be the sparring partner and counterpart to Product Owners in the business. You’ll help teams of varying digital maturity define, shape, and deliver meaningful digital solutions that are feasible, valuable, and sustainable — while ensuring strong collaboration with designers, architects, and software engineers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultant-like environment, enjoys relationship building, and knows how to balance vision with pragmatism.

The purpose of the Digital Consulting Team is to empower stakeholders across the organization with expert digital consultancy. In This Role, You Will Make an Impact By:
Partnering closely with Product Owners in the business to translate vision into clear, realistic, and coherent product concepts
Helping stakeholders articulate needs, objectives, and success criteria, especially when digital maturity varies
Creating product decks, discovery material, and product collateral that clearly communicate the why, the what, and the value
Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment
Avoiding scope creep by anchoring decisions in priorities, feasibility, and intended outcomes
Ensuring products and collaborations are properly communicated, visible, and integrated into the broader digital ecosystem
Applying pragmatic digital product development practices, informed by agile principles adapted to Novonesis' context
Managing delivery expectations, timelines, and stakeholder relationships with clarity and confidence
Bringing a holistic perspective that spans product management, project management, requirements development, and stakeholder facilitation

To succeed you must have:
Experience working as a Digital Product Manager, Product Consultant, Business Designer, Product Owner, Project Manager or similar hybrid role
Strong abilities in product discovery, requirements definition, and stakeholder alignment
Experience facilitating workshops and helping non-digital stakeholders articulate their needs
The ability to create compelling presentations, product narratives, and strategy decks
A pragmatic approach to digital development — balancing ideal outcomes with realistic constraints
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
A relationship-driven mindset: you build trust, challenge constructively, and guide teams toward the best outcomes
Experience with - or appetite for - working in Azure DevOps and Jira
Fluency in written and spoken English
