- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management or closely related experience.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience defining and overseeing software development initiatives and estimating resourcing needs.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including experience using data to inform decisions and solve technical challenges.
- Strong project management skills to manage simultaneous workstreams and deadlines.
- Demonstrated skill in relationship building and collaboration across matrixed environments, with strength in prioritization across competing needs.
- Strategic thinking paired with strong business acumen.
- Strong experience understanding client and business partner needs and communicating complex technical topics to diverse audiences.

Compensation
Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
