Position Summary

  • Product Strategy and Vision:
    • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Content Hub in alignment with company goals and market needs.
    • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to ensure the Content Hub remains innovative and competitive.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance the Content Hub’s functionality and its ability to meet the evolving needs of game studios, platforms, and lottery operators.
  • Product Development:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and game studio partners to develop and deliver high-quality features and improvements for the Content Hub.
    • Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring the most impactful work is completed on schedule.
    • Manage the end-to-end development process, from writing product requirements and user stories to overseeing testing and quality assurance.
  • Partner and Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for game studio partners and platform integrators, ensuring smooth onboarding, content integration, and ongoing collaboration.
    • Work closely with lottery customers and digital platforms to understand their content needs and ensure the Content Hub meets those requirements.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, regularly communicating product updates, timelines, and enhancements.
  • Content Aggregation and Curation:
    • Ensure the Content Hub has the capabilities to offer a diverse and comprehensive selection of real money online games from top-tier game studios.
    • Oversee the integration of new content and studios, ensuring seamless delivery through the Content Hub to lottery customers.
  • Analytics and Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of the Content Hub, including customer usage, game performance, and content distribution metrics.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and inform strategic decisions on future features and enhancements.
    • Track KPIs and product success metrics, regularly reporting results to the leadership team and stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure the Content Hub meets all regulatory requirements for real money gaming across different jurisdictions.
    • Ensure that game content and distribution processes adhere to relevant lottery and gaming regulations.
  • Customer Success and Support:
    • Support customer success teams by providing in-depth knowledge of the Content Hub and assisting in resolving issues related to content delivery or platform integration.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop materials that effectively communicate the value of the Content Hub to potential customers.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in iGaming industry.
  • Understanding of game content, and game studio integrations
  • Experience working with iGaming technology, preferably in a product fashion.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies and features in the digital world.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of retail/lottery operations is helpful, but not required.
  • Experience in the iGaming /real money gaming space

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn conceptual feature/functionality into strategic actions.
  • Experience with project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Internal/external presentation skills a must.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong starter who can quickly get up to speed on new markets and products.
  • Strong affinity for understanding target audience needs and buyer priorities.
  • A strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results oriented environment.
  • Travel requirements will be minimal

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in related field is desired.
