Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Senior Manager, dynamic and strategic leader to lead the digital solutions & user experiences product team within our global Workplace Technology product group. This role will be responsible for defining and delivering end to end user experiences across multiple touchpoints that connects our employees globally.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
- Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers
- Interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 6+ years in roles with people management responsibilities
- Proven track record delivering enterprise workplace technologies and services, including Virtual and Physical Computer, Collaboration (M365), Print, AV/conference rooms, and self-service tools
- Deep understanding of workplace engineering and lifecycle management processes (e.g., moves, adds, changes for hardware and services)
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, product, and operations
- Demonstrated ability to create user-centered products with modern UI/UX standards.
- Expertise in agile product delivery, innovation methodologies, and managing product teams through change and scale.
- Experience in driving organizational change through agile delivery, lean thinking, and new ways of working.
- Strong background in risk management, compliance, and automation of technology controls.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective, well-articulated, written, and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials) applying appropriate level of content/detail dependent upon audience and intent.
- Experience working & managing global technology teams & landscape.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously & seamlessly.
- Stakeholder management - comfort in high-level business discussions with internal and external executives.
- Set the product vision and strategy for digital solutions & user experience product team, aligning closely with enterprise goals, compliance needs, and employee expectations.
- Fulfill the responsibilities of a Product Owner while also managing, mentoring, and guiding Product Owners and Product Associates who report into this role.
- Should be well versed with products associated to End User Computing including but not limited to - Software development, Virtual and Physical Compute, collaboration (Including M365 suit., Audio Video Conferencing, Print, End Point Security
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking.
- Lead a team of product owners, product associates & analysts fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering leads, Scrum Masters, and co-located delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery across a functional area within the Digital environment.
- Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces & solutions to drive adoption and improve NPS
- Ensure all products are designed and maintained with strong risk management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in mind.
- Measure and report on product outcomes, user satisfaction, operational impact, and cost efficiency.
- Actively engage with users and get feedback to continuously improve the product offerings.
- Drive alignment around the OKRs, roadmaps, product vision, engagement metrics
