The Digital Product Launch Lead will play a vital role in managing and launching digital products, prepaid operational platforms, and recurring subscription integrations with both new and existing retail and brand partners. Reporting to the Senior Global Integration Manager, this position requires meeting with retail and brand partners to implement technical and operational support functions while collaborating with financial and business stakeholders to ensure the timely launch of new lines of business.
- Proficiency in working with Restful APIs.
- Strong SQL experience (Proficient in writing SQL queries involving multiple tables, joins, and subqueries; Knowledge of basic database design principles and normalization; Understanding of database constraints, indexes, and performance optimization).
- Fluent Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not a requirement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in project management, preferably in IT or retail operations.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
