SUMMARY

Our client is a global healthcare leader dedicated to creating medicines that improve lives. As a member of the Design Our Clients team, you will join our clients direct to consumer group to craft intuitive, accessible, and impactful digital experiences. This role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to develop therapeutic ecosystems, connected devices, and analytics that transform patient outcomes. You will apply design thinking to solve complex challenges, ensuring the human element remains at the core of all digital solutions.


PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Elevate and maintain design standards across various outputs, including consumer apps and visual storytelling for patient journeys.
  • Present and persuasively communicate design rationale to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions.
  • Utilize component-based design systems, determining when to follow existing patterns or break constraints.
  • Identify and address user pain points to improve usability and overall product performance.
  • Participate in a culture of critique, collaboration, and honest reflection.

COMPETENCY

  • Technical Artistry: Passion for typography, motion, copy, and art direction.
  • Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of type, grid, composition, and color.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to simplify complex ideas for a broad range of collaborators.
  • Professionalism: High level of accountability, initiative, and the ability to prioritize workloads to deliver results.
  • Collaboration: A creative spirit capable of building strong relationships and navigating conflict effectively.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design (Digital Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction) or a related field.
  • Equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.

EXPERIENCE

  • Over 5 years of experience specifically in design for digital mediums.
  • An exceptional portfolio demonstrating creative work across multiple projects, with a focus on interface or screen-based experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Visual Design and experience expertise from initial concept development through product launch. You will work cross-functionally to deliver creative solutions that balance business objectives with form and function.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling.
  • Ability to hear and understand spoken communications in person and via remote tools.
  • Ability to see and read computer screens for prolonged periods and adjust focus

 


WORK ENVIRONMENT: 2-3 days a week on site at client headquarters.

 

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours a week
