We're on the lookout for a Digital Product Assistant who’s excited to dive into the world of eBooks and audiobooks and help manage the magic behind the scenes. As our Digital Marketing Product Assistant, you’ll be a key player in making sure our eBooks and audiobooks are beautifully presented, perfectly formatted, and available everywhere our readers and listeners are.

This position can be hybrid in Naperville, IL or New York City, or fully remote in the following states ONLY: AZ, CT, IL, LA, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, and WI.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a salary range for this role is $21.74 - $24.00/hourly for the Chicagoland area. We determine starting pay based on a thorough evaluation of job-related factors, including geographic location, market conditions, relevant experience, training, and education. This process ensures a fair and competitive salary that aligns with both the company and the candidate’s qualifications.

Make sure all our titles have flawless metadata, polished formatting, and on-time releases.

Collaborate with our editorial, production, and marketing teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Get to know our catalog, imprints, and individual titles to identify specific opportunities for visibility, placement, and performance across platforms.

Check digital files and ensure every product meets our high standards.

Track launches, performance, and availability—and help us continuously improve.

Exemplify collaboration and teamwork by aligning marketing teams, streamlining requests, maximizing asset use, and keeping everything organized in one central hub.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Previous experience in eBooks or Audio a plus.
- Are tech-savvy, detail-obsessed, and a natural organizer.
