We are inviting you to join the biggest and most experienced Sourcing & Procurement consulting team (+60 professionals) on the Polish market and one of the biggest in CEE. Since more than 15 years our daily bread is leading and supporting the biggest S&P transformations (in all industries) for Polish and international companies. By joining you will be defining and implementing pioneer and winning S&P concepts, strategies, methodologies, and tools. Join us to create the future of S&P. You will learn and co-define S&P in Digital, Innovation, Analytics, Sustainability, Risk Management, Zero-Based Budgeting, Should-Cost Models, Direct Materials, Packaging and much more.
THE WORK:
Work closely with ecosystem partners and applied intelligence teams to define best solutions to solve client problems
Perform collection and analysis of large amounts of data, developing key insights / findings, and proposing solutions to Procurement issues
Coordinating Master Data improvement activities with the client and the technical teams
Develop control tower to capture, control, and report against spend categories in the Procurement function to drive spend reduction and supporting strategic sourcing
Constantly review the market for new digital solutions to support analytics activities
We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Experience in combining data from multiple sources, data cleansing and harmonization
Presenting data in appealing, understandable format - knowledge of PowerBI, Tableu or other data visualization tools
Ability to formulate conclusions and business insights from data
Experience: 5+ years of experience within analytical positions, in supply chain, finance, operations, etc. with at least 2+ years in consulting
Strong verbal communication inc. active listening

Fast learner - interested in new technologies
