Job Description

Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives, design optimized workflows using automation tools and artificial intelligence, and identify and manage projects to enhance business efficiency through AI-driven solutions.

We are looking for hybrid talent: someone who can deep-dive into operational workflows to find inefficiencies and has the technical expertise to bridge those gaps using AI, RPA, and Data Analytics. The goal is to turn manual tasks into scalable, automated, and cost-effective processes.

The candidate does not need to be a developer. We are looking for a Process Expert with a Digital Mindset who knows how about tech tools.

  • Communication with the areas to find process automation opportunities
  • Manage automation projects with development teams and stakeholders
  • Disseminate AI tools and processes
  • Check how AI can be implemented in current sub process
  • Guide areas with technical knowledge
  • Report project status to stakeholders

Key Job Responsabilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify, classify, and prioritize projects aligned with strategic goals.
  • Map processes, design solutions, and execute projects to enhance business efficiency.
  • Lead AI-driven improvement projects, define KPIs, and manage progress for enhanced efficiency
  • Collaborate with teams to design improved process flowcharts, integrate AI/automation solutions.
  • Investigate AI solutions, integrate systems, and optimize workflows for operational efficiency.
  • Stay up to date on tech trends, propose, and test innovative tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Document processes and solutions for continuity and ease of maintenance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong Expertise in business operations, process improvement, and strategic planning
  • Experience with RPA/AI/BI tools applications for process optimization projects
  • Proficiency in automation, data analysis, BI, and systems integration tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business strategies
  • Proven project leadership skills
  • Ability to lead projects
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish is desirable
