In this role you will provide Engineering leadership and support to Procter and Gamble (P&G) site via technical mastery and site-specific coaching. This role is key to keeping P&G as the top producer of consumer goods in the world. The successful individual will be flexible with their working capability to meet P&G expectations, lead various action plan focus items, and implement innovative programs.

The Digital Process Engineering job family at Procter & Gamble is dedicated to optimizing our manufacturing processes. This involves everything from developing innovative strategies to enhance efficiency to implementing new technologies that improve our production lines.

Job Description:

The Digital Process Engineer (PE) is an entry level role into the Digital Technologies Department of the Cape Girardeau Family Care organization, reporting to the Digital Solutions Director. This department has two distinct functions, 1) Ensure Digital Compliance and 2) Innovate through Digital Value Creation. The Digital PE plays a critical role in delivering the business needs each day. This role is an onsite role in the Cape Girardeau Family Care Manufacturing Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning the existing production equipment to enable the compliance and data quality of the digital tools and systems that are currently being utilized in the plant. This is accomplished through attending several Family Care Technical Training programs.
  • Ownership of specific digital tools and systems, which would include compliance and ongoing upgrades as needed.
  • Partnering with each of the manufacturing departments to eliminate losses using digital tools and systems.
  • Provide training to others on the use of digital tools and systems.
  • Provide technical knowledge and creating deliverables for Digital Value Creation projects.
  • The Digital PE would be interacting with all departments in the plant to impact the day-to-day life of the organization.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in and Engineering, Computer Science or IT
  • Ability to travel 10%-25% of the time
  • Willing to relocate throughout the career
  • 0-3 years of experience
