ABOUT THE POSITION

Digital Print Technologist at BURGA is a key technical role focused on ensuring stable, high-quality, and efficient digital printing processes across manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for optimizing print technologies, improving process consistency, maintaining color accuracy, and supporting the implementation of new materials, products, and printing solutions.

Your role: You’ll work at the intersection of Production, Quality, R&D, and Continuous Improvement — ensuring that printing processes are standardized, scalable, and capable of delivering the highest quality standards. This role is built for someone with strong technical expertise in digital printing, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Ensure stable and high-quality printing process performance

- Introduce and test new materials, technologies, and products

- Standardize print settings and technological parameters

- Monitor print quality, analyze data, and drive improvements

- Create and maintain ICC profiles and work with RIP software

- Prepare and update technical documentation and SOPs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on print-related solutions

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of experience in print technology or production environment

- Experience working with digital printing equipment (UV or sublimation printing is a plus)

- Experience with print quality management, ICC profiles, and RIP software

- Understanding of printing materials, color management, and production processes

- Experience documenting and standardizing technical processes

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and teamwork skills

- Good English skills and engineering/technical education background

SALARY: 2635 - 3600 Eur/month GROSS
