JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary

As a Digital Prepay Supervisor, you will lead Prepayment Operations across Europe and LATAM, ensuring service excellence, operational stability, and strong control execution within our Digital Credit & Prepay operating model.

This role combines team leadership, operational ownership, and stakeholder management. You will oversee prepayment collections, reconciliations, issue resolution, and service delivery activities while driving continuous improvement and supporting key transformation initiatives. Working closely with Finance, Commercial, and OTC stakeholders, you will play a critical role in maintaining service quality and supporting the evolution of our global operating model.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Service Delivery

  • Lead prepayment operations across Europe and LATAM, ensuring consistent execution and service excellence.

  • Oversee prepayment collections, reconciliations, issue resolution, and operational activities.

  • Monitor service levels and ensure delivery performance meets business expectations.

  • Drive operational stability and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Reconciliation, Controls & Quality Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation management across supported markets.

  • Monitor open items, incidents, escalations, and backlog performance.

  • Strengthen operational controls through root cause analysis and corrective action plans.

  • Maintain high standards of service quality, documentation, and compliance.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals based in Cancun.

  • Manage workload allocation, prioritization, and performance monitoring.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

  • Support team development and operational readiness during periods of change.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Collections, Cash Application, Billing, and Customer Master Data teams to resolve operational challenges.

  • Build strong relationships with Finance, Commercial, and regional stakeholders.

  • Support effective escalation management and service alignment across the OTC organization.

  • Provide operational insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Transformation & Change Support

  • Support TOM, BRIM, and process transformation initiatives.

  • Participate in testing, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.

  • Help ensure successful adoption of new processes and operating model changes while maintaining business continuity.

Required Skills

  • Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash knowledge, particularly within Prepayments, Reconciliations, and Finance Operations.

  • Proven experience supervising operational teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strong control and process governance mindset.

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Experience managing priorities across multiple regions and stakeholders.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a shared-services or global delivery environment.

Required Tech Skills

  • Experience working with ERP and Finance systems.

  • Exposure to SAP and/or BRIM is highly desirable.

  • Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.

  • Experience using operational dashboards, KPIs, and service performance metrics.

  • Knowledge of reconciliation and finance operations reporting tools is advantageous.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Experience in Order-to-Cash, Prepayments, Collections, Reconciliations, or Finance Operations.

  • Previous people leadership or supervisory experience.

  • Experience in shared services, global business services, or multinational environments.

  • Experience supporting process transitions, transformations, or operating model changes.

  • Advanced English communication skills.
