The Digital Project Management Office (PMO) is a robust project solutions support team with the goals of implementing the Digital standardized project management methodology across all departments to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in project delivery, with a focus on proactive risk management and optimal resource allocation to align projects with strategic business goals. This remote team consists of US and India-based team members, and our team is eager to grow our talented team in India team.
The purpose of the India-based PMO team is to support Huron’s Digital India businesses with standardized project management and ensure consistent quality of project delivery.
The Project Coordinator at a Senior Analyst level will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and closing of various projects within the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

A successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and coordination to our projects and programs ensuring seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure alignment with project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably at a Senior Analyst level.
  • 3+ years of experience managing large projects or programs.
  • Familiarity with onsite and offshore execution models.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and other project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferences

  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate insightful reports.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledgeable in project financials, schedule, scope, risk, and delivery management.
  • Experience in Workday (HCM or Financials) is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
  • Foundational certificate in Workday - HCM or Financials and advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MS) are a plus.
