Position Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Platform Specialist to join the Creative Services team. In this role, you will manage key internal and external digital platforms, with a primary focus on the Seismic sales enablement app. This role will also support the Company’s email marketing and social media channel operations and provide assistance managing multiple websites. In close collaboration with the Digital & Content Strategist and Web Developer, this position ensures that internal and external digital touchpoints are engaging, compliant, and accurate. This role is critical in maintaining integrations, automations, and enhancing the functionality of all digital platforms for our global commercial organization and its subsidiaries. 

Essential Functions:

  • Support front and back-end maintenance of Company marketing technology platforms.

  • Expertly manage the Seismic sales enablement platform, including design and functionality, content uploads, tagging and organization, profile hierarchy, user training/troubleshooting, and development/execution of strategies to drive continued platform optimization and adoption.

  • Assist with the scheduling of social content and channel maintenance. Monitor and respond to inbound messages, comments, and mentions in coordination with internal teams. Track brand mentions and escalate relevant feedback or inquiries appropriately.

  • Maintain email distribution lists and ensure timely and accurate distribution of marketing email communications through HubSpot. Manage Hubspot form creation and updates.  Monitor and route form inquiries to appropriate teams.

  • Support the Web Developer with updates to Company websites.

  • Analyze data and deliver quarterly digital marketing reports and campaign performance insights. Track engagement trends and flag opportunities for optimization. Assist in the review and audits of social media channels.

  • Provide insights into current activity, trends, and best practices to support corporate marketing initiatives and grow our digital brand presence.

  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.

  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with the Seismic sales enablement platform highly preferred

  • Preferred experience with HubSpot, or a similar email marketing platform

  • Experience with a social scheduling tool such as HubSpot or Hootsuite

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Preferred experience with WordPress, HTML, and CSS

  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus

  • Strong understanding of commercial enablement best practices 

  • High level of competency using digital and online platforms

  • Experience with email marketing platform management

  • Understanding of WordPress or a similar content management system

  • Proficiency in social media marketing and channel management

  • Passion for digital marketing, including knowledge of evolving best practices

  • Ability to evaluate and transform data and metrics into valuable insights

  • Experience managing multiple digital projects and a basic understanding of integrated marketing strategies

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
