About Digital and Platform Services, Finance and Business Management
Digital and Platform Services (D&PS) aims to accelerate the CIB transformation by bringing discipline, transparency, speed, and innovation. A unified organization was created, combining Technology, Operations, AI, Digital, Data and Design teams.
The D&PS Business Manager and team will work closely with the D&PS Business Head, CFO and D&PS Strategy Lead. As the D&PS Business Manager, you will help lead teams in solving complex problems and enable execution in line with the strategy of the organization.
Job Responsibilities

  • Working as an essential partner and trusted advisor to the Digital and Platform Services Business Head, Chief Financial Officer & Strategy lead.
  • Providing thought leadership and data centric analysis for decision making
  • Ownership of the governance and the delivery of Digital and Platform Services strategic priorities
  • Contextualize the D&PS strategy, accomplishments, and initiatives for communication across the organization
  • Resolve diverse and complex problems identified by the D&PS business leaders
  • Monitor industry trends and share insightful reports and analyses with the team
  • Collaborate with lines of business to optimize their organizational structure
  • Be business outcome focused and proactively look for opportunities to improve value for money


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Extensive business and strategy experience, including internal strategy or management consulting firms
  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with Senior Business Executives
  • Familiarity with financial and technical concepts, operating models, and willingness to stay abreast of industry trends
  • Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision making; provides oversight and guidance to team on projects based on priority and importance
  • Experience applying data analysis to solve business problems
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, including working with stakeholders & diverse teams to solve complex problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
  • Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo and think creatively
