Overview of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Platform Manager at the AVP level to oversee the management and enhancement of our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, project management, and a focus on delivering high-quality digital solutions.
Job Responsibilities
1. Incident Management:
- Monitor digital platforms and raise tickets for incident management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
2. Change Management:
- Manage change requests, clarifying requirements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review Business Requirements Documents (BRD) for new application projects.
3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Prepare and review UAT test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functionalities.
- Validate UAT results and ensure alignment with project specifications.
4. Downtime Management:
- Manage downtime procedures and ensure timely notification of relevant stakeholders.
- Perform live verification on weekends following downtime to ensure system stability.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
- Review regulatory requirements for new applications to ensure compliance.
- Complete regulatory reporting and management reporting as necessary.
6. Data Management:
- Prepare test data for new applications and systems to facilitate effective testing environments.
- Validate logic for migration projects to ensure data integrity and compliance.
7. Form Development and Vendor Management:
- Build new electronic forms (eForms) to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables meet organizational standards and timelines.
8. Project Oversight:
- Oversee the development and implementation of new digital solutions, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in digital platform management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and experience in compliance management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in UAT processes and test case development.
- Familiarity with eForms and digital solution development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
