What’s the role about?
We are looking for a talented and ambitious student, to join our E-Commerce team as a Digital placement student. This role will be responsible for ensuring that items go live fully optimised to enhance onsite customer journey and initial product set up, resolving any data issues with items not live on the system and ensuring the smooth flow of product.
You will currently be in your second year of studies and will be available to join us for a 52-week placement from July 2025.
Who you are
- Previous shop floor or head office retail experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Have a passion for a career in the luxury fashion industry.
- Always looking to be proactive and problem solve.
- Work confidently in a team and individually, able to work on your own initiative.
- Highly organised and strong time management.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with trade and content teams to understand requirements and opportunities on site.
- Own and manage the master attribute file, ensuring deadlines are adhered to from product team buys to live.
- Managing the end-to-end process of getting an item live, spanning across all teams and systems to be able to troubleshoot issues at every stage.
- Exploring and identifying improvements and developments of internal and external processes.
- Ensure correct product titles, product descriptions, colourway groupings, match backs and all applicable attributes
- Checking incoming deliveries for any data issues and fixing them prior to delivery.
- Create and maintain strong relationships between Reiss and the Next Total Platform team, assisting in the day-to-day operations of Reiss on Next Platforms.
