We’re looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager who thrives in performance, precision, and experimentation – someone who loves turning data into growth, spend into pipeline, and marketing into measurable revenue impact.
Your impact
You’ll own the marketing engine end-to-end – planning, executing, optimising, and reporting on campaigns that generate qualified leads and build our pipeline.
Working closely with the CCO, Growth team, Customer Success, Product, and Development, you’ll ensure that our marketing activities are accountable, scalable, and directly tied to business outcomes. Your work will strengthen our inbound and outbound funnel, increase conversion rates, and build customer trust through clean attribution and transparent reporting.
You’ll be responsible for:
Executing on our marketing strategy aligned with our objectives.
Owning paid acquisition across key channels
Building structured campaign plans including segments, budgets, creative testing, and landing page priorities.
Driving conversion rate optimization across landing pages, forms, lead flows, and key funnel steps.
Ensuring tracking, UTMs, attribution, CRM integration, and dashboards are reliable and decision-ready.
Partnering with Growth to improve lead quality, lead handling, and funnel conversion (MQL → SQL → opportunity).
Owning the performance marketing budget and reporting ROI with clear learnings and next actions.
Building and improving nurturing programs where relevant to increase conversion velocity.
Turning insights into action: scaling what works, killing what doesn’t, continuously improving.

Who you are
You’re business-savvy, commercially sharp, curious, and structured. You get energy from performance accountability and you’re confident working in a fast-moving environment where results matter.
You likely have experience as a: Digital Performance Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Acquisition Lead, or Demand Generation Specialist.
And you:
Have strong experience with paid acquisition, funnel optimisation, and conversion improvement – driving measurable results through paid channels
Optimizing throughout the user journey from acquisition to conversion, and utilizing CRM data (HubSpot) for audience targeting and tracking
Understand performance marketing economics (CAC, CPL, CPQL, payback, attribution, pipeline ROI).
Know how to build clean tracking setups and can confidently collaborate with RevOps/Sales Ops.
Think in hypotheses, experiments, and measurable learning loops.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and proactively share insights and recommendations.
Are hands-on, motivated by executing while strategic enough to build systems that scale.
