Digital Performance Marketing Lead
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

The Mission
We are looking for a high-octane Digital Performance Marketing Lead to spearhead our paid media strategy for a critical 6-month project. We don’t just need someone to "run ads"; we need a growth architect who can navigate the full funnel, optimize for ROAS, and pivot faster than a social media algorithm.
Since this is a fixed-term sprint, we’re looking for a veteran—ideally from an agency background—who is used to high-pressure environments, diverse portfolios, and the "getting things done" mentality.
Key Responsibilities
Your goal is simple: maximize efficiency and scale our digital footprint. You will:
Strategy & Execution: Design and deploy multi-channel performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Budget Management: Oversee and optimize significant monthly spends, ensuring every dollar is fighting for a conversion.
Funnel Optimization: Analyze the user journey from click to conversion, identifying bottlenecks and implementing A/B tests on landing pages and ad copy.
Data-Driven Attribution: Own the tracking. You’ll manage GA4, GTM, and pixel integrations to ensure our data isn't just "there," but actually tells a story.
Creative Collaboration: Brief the creative team on high-performing ad formats and iterate based on real-time performance data.
Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly "no-fluff" performance reports, focusing on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 4–8 years in Performance Marketing. If you’ve survived (and thrived) in an agency environment, you’re exactly who we want.
Technical Mastery: Deep-seated expertise in Google Search/Display, Meta Business Suite, and Programmatic buying.
Analytical Mindset: You dream in spreadsheets. You can look at a data set and immediately see the narrative (and the leak in the funnel).
The "Hybrid" Edge: You’re self-motivated enough to crush it from your home office but collaborative enough to make our in-office days high-value and productive.
Platform Certifications: Valid certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a major plus (but your track record matters more).
Critical KPIs for Success
During this 6-month project, your performance will be measured by:
Reduction in Blended CAC (Cost Per Acquisition).
Increase in ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) across core channels.
Scale: Successfully increasing spend while maintaining efficiency.
Reporting Accuracy: Establishing a clean, automated dashboard for project stakeholders.
