The Role

As part of its digital development, Chanel is looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to join the Digital Performance Europe team. This role is at the heart of our strategy to optimize the customer experience across our digital environments. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (CRM, UX, Media, Product) as well as external partners (agencies, platforms), in a stimulating matrix organization.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL

You play a key role in the continuous improvement of the Maison’s digital performance. With a data-informed approach, you will:

  • Define a performance-driven acquisition strategy aligned with conversion and customer experience goals.
  • Identify synergies between media channels (Search, Social, Display, CRM) and conversion paths, in close collaboration with the CRO team.
  • Participate in testing methodologies (A/B/n testing) to enhance user experience while respecting the Maison’s creative standards.
  • Build and maintain reliable dashboards to monitor acquisition and conversion KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our digital assets, including both web and mobile applications (internal & B2C). This also includes digital services like the Online Appointment Booking tool. You will assess user engagement, technical performance, and conversion efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators to implement enhancements that improve app speed, user experience, and overall performance.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign and journey performance using both ad-centric and site-centric analytics tools, and provide actionable, measurable recommendations.
  • Contribute to active monitoring of digital trends in the luxury sector and propose innovations aligned with Chanel’s DNA.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital acquisition, media performance, or growth marketing.
  • A strong understanding of media acquisition strategies and digital performance.
  • Proficiency in relevant analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Content Square, A/B testing tools…).
  • A strong appetite for data-informed environments and a test & learn culture.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills (in both French and English).
  • A sensitivity to the world of luxury and its codes (a plus).
