Job Description
Position Purpose
You’ll be a key strategic and partner relationship role responsible for partner success and change management, compliance, coaching for performance, and setting out a Brambles Digital way of working/culture across multiple delivery partners. You’ll work closely with Digital Finance and Procurement teams, being responsible for driving and ensuring operational excellence from the 3rd party delivery partners engaged by Brambles digital: identifying also opportunities for improvement and optimization, maximizing resources and technology deployed.
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Develop relationships with internal BD key decision makers and users of the proposed new and/or existing Delivery Partners
- Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the partner(s) and internal teams
- Engage in activities focused at generating awareness with Brambles Digital of the demand for services to be sourced from the Delivery Partner
- Developing a change management plan to support changes associated with managing co-delivery with multiple partners
- Demonstrate the ability to think big and influence across all levels of Digital organization, possess strong business judgment and have a sincere passion and obsession for partnering for success
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions alongside BD Procurement and Legal teams to ensure that pricing and resourcing are competitive for any new partners to be onboarded
- Design and analyse KPIs in line with outsourcing strategy in order to drive continuous improvement
- Minimize regulatory, legal, and financial risks.

Experience
Deep experience selling in the IT Solution Services and Outsourcing Space on the Digital and Business Transformation agenda and / or selling product solutions into the Technology or Software industry
Qualifications
University undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent
