Digital Outbound Chief📢 ¡Buscamos Digital Outbound Chief para Tigo El Salvador!

🎯 Propósito del rol

Dirigir y escalar la operación de ventas digitales de Tigo El Salvador, a través de un canal gestionado por un socio externo, con foco en la colocación de líneas móviles (prepago y pospago) y servicios residenciales (internet, TV y telefonía fija). Este canal debe ser impulsado principalmente por redes sociales, pero también con capacidad de exploración en medios digitales no tradicionales como Google, YouTube, TikTok, entre otros.

🧩 Responsabilidades clave

  • Medir, controlar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs de negocio, experiencia de cliente y operación de contact center.

  • Supervisar la ejecución de campañas digitales tanto en modalidad inhouse como outsourced.

  • Asegurar el logro de los objetivos comerciales en campañas de Home, Mobile y Prepago.

  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y eficiencia en la gestión digital.

  • Innovar en métodos de colocación de productos digitales alineados a tendencias y benchmarking competitivo.

  • Interactuar con unidades de negocio para seguimiento de campañas, reportes de gestión y presentación de resultados.

  • Gestionar la relación con proveedores de contact center.

  • Implementar nuevas campañas y puntos de control alineados a los MCIs del negocio.

  • Velar por un buen clima laboral en los equipos a cargo.

  • Liderar procesos de reclutamiento, onboarding y aseguramiento del cumplimiento de políticas Tigo.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario finalizado.

  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas de Office y TICs.

  • Experiencia comprobada en: Gestión de marcas, productos y campañas digitales, liderazgo de equipos y manejo de presupuesto operativo.

  • Conocimiento y/o certificaciones en plataformas de pauta digital: Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (búsqueda, display, YouTube), TikTok Ads (ideal)

  • Manejo intermedio-avanzado de CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Bitrix o similares).

  • Conocimiento en diseño de embudos digitales y flujos automatizados.

  • Deseable: certificación COPC, certificaciones en pauta digital.

  • Vehículo propio y disponibilidad de horarios.
