The Opportunity...

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Digital Optimization Specialist to optimize and manage the day-to-day performance of our Insurance websites, with a strong emphasis on conversion rate optimization (CRO). You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences across our portfolio of Insurance websites. Your primary focus will be on improving usability, engagement, driving conversions, and maximizing revenue through iterative site optimization. This role falls under our Product organization and contributes to the execution of strategies that align with segment and business goals.

How You’ll Contribute...

  • Optimize website performance to increase conversion rates and improve overall user experience.
  • Manage and champion site & event/data attribution flows across the business to improve efficacy of conversion and monetization across our consumer journeys
  • Collaborate with ad operations, media, product, engineers, designers, and content teams to ensure website changes align with both business goals and user needs.
  • Analyze data and user behavior to identify opportunities for A/B testing, usability improvements, and feature enhancements.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (conversion, engagement, retention) and recommend actionable changes to improve results.
  • Work cross-functionally to execute and iterate on website updates that support conversion goals and deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Assist in gathering and refining requirements for site updates, enhancements, and testing strategies.
  • Support ongoing CRO initiatives by managing the testing roadmap, tracking performance, and reporting on results.

What We're Looking For...

  • You should be currently based in the Los Angeles area and able to commute to our Playa Vista office three days a week, from Tuesday-Thursday.
  • 2+ years of experience in website optimization, CRO, or a related digital role.
  • Proven ability to drive conversion improvements on consumer websites (B2C).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization tools.
  • Familiarity with website performance metrics and analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for improving user experiences.
  • Experience in lead-gen, click monetization, and/or web optimization in the insurance space a huge plus.
