Detailed Description:
• Monitor multiple hydraulic fracture treatments, providing real-time insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Offer real-time technical support to customers and field operations teams.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for incoming data, delivering high-quality customer data outputs.
• Prepare and manage end-of-stage ticketing for operations.
• Monitor equipment parameters to optimize performance and reduce operational costs.
• Operate in a dynamic, collaborative environment, driving innovation and business efficiencies.
• Leverage digital technologies to enhance business performance through integration, automation, and business intelligence.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement within the business unit proactively.
• Perform frac diagnostic testing and stimulation modeling with minimal supervision as needed.
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office 365, Google Suite, Salesforce, FracPro, FieldPro, CMMS, and EAM/ERM systems preferred.
• Ability to analyze and recommend dynamic solutions to problems in real-time.
• Effective communication skills with digital operations personnel, job site personnel, and management.
• Strong customer service skills, with responsiveness to customer needs and requests.
• High level of integrity in reporting chemical volumes, sand volumes, and treatment data.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer and internal information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Compliance with all NexTier policies and safety regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 2 years of on-site hydraulic fracturing operations experience required.
