Digital Operations Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Key responsibilities:

• Purchasing & Logistics Coordination – Administer procurement of digital hardware and sensors, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Liaison – Act as a central point of contact to resolve supply chain issues and ensure smooth delivery to required locations.
• SOP Management – Maintain, update, and communicate Standard Operating Procedures related to digital equipment, ensuring accessibility and alignment with current processes.
• Digital Asset Management – Maintain the Digital Hardware Asset Register, ensuring accurate tracking, monitoring, and lifecycle management of all digital equipment.
• Lifecycle & Performance Monitoring – Support deployment, updates, decommissioning, and monitor sensor performance impacting SaaS payments, escalating issues where required.
• Operational Support – Provide administrative, documentation, reporting, and research support to Digital Operations and Hardware teams.
• Project Assistance – Contribute to project materials, status updates, and operational reporting.
• Ad-hoc Digital Support – Support the wider Digital team with flexible, responsive assistance across initiatives and priorities.

We expect:

• Process & Workflow Design – Proven ability to build processes and workflows from the ground up and bring structure to new or evolving environments.
• Project & Contract Management – Experience managing complex projects and handling internal and customer contracts with confidence and accuracy.
• Supply Chain Expertise – Background in supply chain operations, ideally within a retail-focused organization.
• Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across internal teams and external partners.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset – Comfortable working with data (e.g., sensor performance, asset registers, procurement reports) to support decision-making and joint business planning.
• Organizational Strength – Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving & Collaboration – Proactive, solution-oriented team player who addresses issues constructively and collaboratively.
• Technical & Language Skills – Confident with Microsoft Office tools and quick to learn digital platforms; fluent in English, with Spanish and German as a plus.
