WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Digital Operational Resilience Analyst, you will support the Group resiliency goals and the Resilience Officer role according to sector and regulatory standards considering the new requirements introduced by DORA (EU regulation).
We need someone like you to help us on different fronts:
Work in coordination with teams within the three lines of defense, and pro-actively foster collaboration among risk roles across the Group organization.
Help establish the Group Resilience profile by analyzing and monitoring resilience metrics within the resilience profile of the Group and thresholds management.
Review and monitor compliance with the resilience profile and help to identify potential weaknesses or risks through the monitoring of metrics and any other type of reporting supporting this review.
Oversight solid and homogeneous embedding of internal resilience standards and oversee the measures adopted to address non-compliance resilience standards.
Collaborate to establish interpretation and scope of resilience requirements.
Perform activities required by DORA on resilience strategy maintenance, resilience yearly report, methodology and outcome for evaluating the resiliency strategy.
Overview and contribute to monitor the arrangements concluded with IT service providers and oversee the strategy and related risk exposure as well as relevant documentation regarding ICT third-party service providers.
EXPERIENCE
- Over 2-year experience on technology and/or cybersecurity specially regarding IT Governance and Information risk management.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Applying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual as well as consulting, communication, and collaboration skills with autonomy.
- Adaptability, communication, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge on IT risk assessments and control assurances.
- Knowledge of Technology and Risk related regulation for the Financial Sector.
- English/Spanish fluent.
- Organized person.
