Responsibilities
Role: ServiceNow ITBM Developer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Bangalore (Full‑time, On‑site)
Employment Type: Permanent with KPMG(FTE)
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITBM modules
(PPM, Demand, Resource, Agile, Financial Planning) - SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience is a must
- Excellent skills in JavaScript, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts
- ServiceNow platform configuration & custom development
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
- Good understanding of ITIL and project/portfolio management processes
Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance ITBM + SPM modules
- Develop workflows, automation, and customizations within ServiceNow
- Partner with functional teams to convert requirements into technical solutions
- Support upgrades, module deployments, and platform enhancements
- Troubleshoot and deliver quality technical outputs
Preferred
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS‑ITBM / CIS‑SPM certifications
- Consulting experience is an added advantage
