Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Media Strategist who will play a crucial role in analyzing, optimizing, and elevating paid search campaigns to effectively target potential clients within the construction industry. You will be focused on growing our paid search traffic, leads and revenue volume globally. 

Procore’s marketing team is the driving force behind our global brand. They are responsible for creating demand, driving growth, and establishing Procore as the construction platform of choice through lasting relationships with customers, prospects, and partners. Procore marketing is the globally trusted voice to educate prospects and inspire clients, collaborators, and our ecosystem to champion meaningful change for the construction industry.

This position will report to our Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and has the opportunity to be based out of any of our US offices or remotely in the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

  • Plan and execute a global digital strategy across marketing channels to hit acquisition and revenue targets

  • Manage agency resources to drive quick execution and ongoing testing

  • Manage advertising budget and make regular optimizations based on ROI

  • Define, measure, and optimize intended marketing campaign success and report the results within Procore business segments.

  • Own strategy and execution of Global Paid Search and Paid Listings campaigns while aligning closely with country managers to achieve awareness, lead gen, and revenue goals 

  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

  • Regularly and consistently track and maximize ROI of all SEM campaigns, including the bench-marking of CPAs and CPLs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field is required
  • 5+ years hand-on experience with Google Adwords and Microsoft Ad Center
  • Detail-oriented with expert analytical skills: the ability to measure, analyze, understand, and present data to measure program effectiveness and validate strategy and spend
  • Experience working cross functionally with Sales leaders to continuously increase lead quality
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at multiple levels within the company
  • Growth mindset with a deep curiosity to learn and grow
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Experience operating within a B2B SaaS organization
  • Experience measuring success against offline conversions (sales milestones)

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $90,360 - $124,245. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
