We’re looking for a Digital Media Manager to take ownership of our paid digital channels – from PPC and paid social to programmatic and display – ensuring our campaigns are targeted, engaging, and delivering the best possible ROI.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agency partners to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that reach our audiences and support our commercial goals.

The role

As Digital Media Manager, you’ll:

  • lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns (PPC, paid social, programmatic, display, native, remarketing)

  • develop media plans, set budgets, define KPIs, and deliver performance reports with actionable insights

  • work with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are on brand, on budget, and data driven

  • partner with digital agencies, SEO advisers, and creative producers to deliver best-in-class campaigns

  • advise on audience segmentation, targeting, and media buying strategies

  • monitor digital trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

  • support the creation of high-performing landing pages and digital assets

  • ensure all campaigns comply with Financial Conduct Authority guidelines

  • manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Executive

What you’ll bring

  • proven experience running paid digital campaigns, ideally in financial services

  • expertise across PPC, paid social, programmatic, display, and SEO

  • strong understanding of audience acquisition, conversion tracking, and attribution models

  • analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

  • excellent project management skills – able to manage multiple campaigns at once

  • strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams

  • leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop team members
