What You’ll Do

As a Digital Media Manager, you will develop disruptive retail media campaigns that efficiently drive sales for our DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, IRWIN, PORTER-CABLE, and BOSTITCH brands through retail media campaigns, search, digital marketing, marketing events, and other strategic initiatives. Specifically, you’ll:

  • Plan, buy, execute, and report on digital media campaigns for our Tools & Outdoor brands, including analyzing results and recommending changes to optimize investment
  • Maintain and manage proper brand experience across multiple merchandising platforms and initiatives; manage overall merchandising strategy in alignment with sales goals and key initiatives
  • Lead and execute content initiatives leveraging the platform to deliver optimal end user experience and assist with SEO initiatives to deliver maximum organic search results
  • Collaborate-functionally with sales, channel marketing, finance, shopper marketing and brand teams as well as agency partners to develop unique programs that align with sales goals
  • Lead the relationship with the SBD sales teams and media agency, negotiate packages/pricing, and manage an annual budget, including an investment budget for merchandising activities

Who You Are

You’re a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in pay-per-click (PPC) management for SEM campaigns, programmatic display, and specific retail media platforms (Criteo, Promote IQ, Amazon, Walmart Connect)
  • Demonstrated success building unique digital media programs to drive point of sale
  • Knowledge of key business measures (sales, gross margin, Ol, etc.) and demonstrated success managing a budget while working on 100+ campaigns; experience analyzing financial metrics to determine ROI
  • Effective project management skills as well as strong negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Open and collaborative mindset to work in a matrixed organization, gather the latest trends, and be able to communicate and implement them across the business
  • Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $91,000.00 - $127,500.00 USD per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
